How will scholarship students be selected?
The selection of students will be made by the Joint Selection Committee. All students need to have the necessary diplomas and must be proficient in English.
The Selection Committee will make a ranking of applicants. Study places will go to the students with the highest ranking.
Selection criteria
Students will be awarded points as follows:

Quality of university career (including duration, number and quality of the degrees obtained, academic credentials and academic performance): 0-60 points;

Affinity with previous studies with the objectives of the Masters Programme: 0-20 points;

Quality of the motivation letter: 0-20 points.
The minimum score to be accepted is 60 out of 100.
Without prejudice to respecting of high academic standards, the Consortium will also ensure a geographical balance across students.
Important!
The European Commission has asked us to inform you that applicants can apply for a maximum of three Erasmus Mundus courses in the academic year 2009/2010. Applicants who apply to more than three programmes will be excluded from a scholarship!
